A virtual visit is an online appointment with a healthcare provider, such as a doctor, nurse, or therapist. During the visit, the provider can assess the patient’s medical needs, review any test results, answer questions, and provide treatment recommendations. The visit usually takes place over video chat or phone, and the patient can log in from anywhere.
HelixVM accepts most major insurance plans. We also offer self-pay rates. If you are uncertain about your insurance coverage limitations, we recommend calling your insurance carrier to confirm coverage prior to registering for your visit.
